| My last visit proved what I had always suspected: I'd gone in mid-week, because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The gentleman who had several times driven me to work in the early morning after I'd dropped off my car, did a manual inspection and located a screw in a tread. I made an appointment for the next Friday. When I arrived, every familiar face was missing, and a woman helped me. She was personable and affable, and as it would turn out, the guys in the shop found not only the screw, but a tear in the tire along the rim: they had both fixed in a reasonable amount of time, Yours might be the friendliest and most reliable auto-care shop I have ever needed to use. |
